Marta Fàbregas

Photographer

Artist, feminist, and activist. She studied photography at the IEFC and in 1998 she founded her own studio in Barcelona (La Fotogràfica). Since that time, she has dedicated exclusively to her photographic studio, focusing on personal and artistic works and others commissioned by museums, companies and individuals. She also teaches classes, workshops, and seminars.

Her work is part of the private collection of the Lluís Bassat Foundation, the SETBA Foundation and the Artemizia Foundation (USA), among others.

Currently and for two years she has actively participated with the Setba Foundation, giving workshops in favour of women’s empowerment. She has done individual exhibitions and has participated in international fairs around the world.
