We usually talk about color management, but we really should step back and understand that color exists thanks to light and that the same color can have an infinite number of tonalities and nuances, determined by multiple variables.
So if color is conditioned by light, should not we first learn to control, or at least understand how light works by reflecting on every surface, texture, shape and color and what it transmits in each particular situation …?
Only then can we be convinced if a job is well treated. From the beginning, from the light.
At EGM we have been investigating the management of color for more than 40 years with our obsession with light, what it transmits, what transmits it and how it is transmited.
